ASSEMBLING THE BOX

DOs:

Fold the flaps over first and tape along the join only.Tape the bottom of the box first and again, tape only on the join. We can’t use them again otherwise. When the box is full do same taping on the top to seal it. Use a permanent marking pen to write on the tape.

DON’Ts:

Don’t bend the folded flaps into each other, as it will break them and reduce the strength of the storage boxes. Don’t label the storage boxes directly, so just write on the tape only.

UNFOLDING AND STORING THE BOX

DOs:

When you open the storage boxes after you moved into your new home, slice along the join with the tape only. After unpacking store them in a dry place and flatten them as they were when we delivered them to you until we pick them up. Ring our office on 1300 858 446 to arrange a date and time for the boxes to be picked up by our drivers. Only flattened boxes will be picked up.

DON’Ts:

Please don’t pull the tape off the boxes, as this will damage them. Also, when you flatten them for the pick-up, don’t leave any paper in the boxes. Always keep them dry and don’t allow the boxes to get wet or damp.

 

The hired boxes remain the property of Hire A Box. No refund will be given on any missing or damaged boxes. So please read carefully to ensure you receive your full refund.
