Can’t recommend this company enough! We moved from a small granny flat in Oran Park to a large double storey in the same suburb and had Joas and Andres (hope I spelt your names right!). They were swift, professional and friendly.

It was a 35 degree day and they just got on with it. Managed to pack up our whole house and move us to a new larger home in 3 hours flat.

I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Again, they were fast but not rushing, they secured all our furniture and boxes and did not complain about going up and down stairs constantly.

Hire a Mover were recommended by a friend and I’m really glad we went with them.
From organising the booking with Ruben over the phone, to the 4 hours of work from the 2 removalists, the whole process was really easy and stress-free. They did well to navigate the truck in the small streets of Newtown, Sydney and moved all our furniture with care from one narrow terrace house to another. The guys were friendly and highly efficient, fitting all our furniture into one truckload. I’d absolutely recommend.

I was replacing the flooring in my apartment and I needed my furniture moved and stacked within the apartment. Once to clear the living areas for floor replacement, one to clear the bedrooms and once to move all the furniture back into place when the flooring was complete. The guys from Hire A Mover were thoroughly professional and very careful about moving, stacking and replacing my furniture. I highly recommend their services.

A big shout-out to Andres Felipe Munar Lancheros, Igor Bohry, and Joao Vitor Andre Lopes! This was our first time using a removalist company for our move from Sydney to Newcastle, and these guys were fantastic.

They arrived ahead of schedule, explained the process clearly, and handled all our items with great care. They helped with packing and dismantling items as needed, and upon arriving at our new home, they ensured everything was moved into place perfectly. They even assisted with rearranging a few items as required.

Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience, and I’d gladly recommend them!

I highly recommend hire a mover!!!! Yesterday we started moving at 12:00, two men were very strong and efficient, pushing six 104 liter boxes at a time on a trolley. And they have very good protection to every inventory, TV and mattress and all wrapped with bubble wrap, cling film and blankets layer by layer very well. It’s worth mentioning that when we arrived at our new home we found out that we needed to move things from the truck to the ute in order to get down to the garage via ramp (this was due to my negligence). As I was panicking, Rob immediately tried to solve the problem and was the first to contact his friend Julian to ask if he could drive the ute over. After about an hour they came back and started to continue the move until 8pm. I felt so bad that they have to work longer than expected because of my negligence, but they were very nice and didn’t complain and put everything in order. I feel very lucky to have met them.

Outstanding service, professionalism and punctuality. Chris and his team wrapped, carried and stored most of our furniture prior to major repair work. They returned, on time 2 months later and carefully replaced our furniture, unwrapped it and took away all the packing. The team was courteous, practical, reliable and responsible. There was no damage and no fuss about any aspect of dealing with Hire a Mover. Highly recommend!

Jonathan and Julian are my mover today. They both are so great even let me in to their truck. Chatting and teamwork as well is really good with both of them. The guys/gals at Hire a Box took my order on the weekend, I emailed them on Sunday night asking them to deliver for Monday (instead of my original delivery date, Tuesday) and they did it with no drama.
They even threw in a few extra boxes!
